One of the first things to do is  be clear and honest about where you are and where you want to be.  Set realistic goals for yourself.  It’s important to know that baby steps are key here.

On average 99% of gym memberships never return, why? Because they go in with false expectations. They go alone, have no clue what to do. No results because no guidance or injuries may happen, frustration sets in and they stop going.

Yoga / Meditation

Here are 3 great body work methods to get you started easily and the best part is… they are low-impact, no injury exercises. Try Yoga or Meditation or Tai Chi. All of these are gentle on the body. They help to lengthen tight muscles, reduce stiffness within the joints, tone and strengthen the whole body.

Stress, lack of proper rest, dehydration, not moving the body are a few of the reasons the body’s immune system breaks down. Your priority is your emotional, mental and physical health. Be dedicated, be wise, be healthy!

5  Simple Steps to start:

  •  Start with a minimal time (15 Minutes)
  •  Have a thick floor mat or cushion to work on
  •  Use soothing music to lift vibration
  •  Soft lighting or scented candles
  •  Make it a routine with a set time 2-4X week

The human race has never been in a more fragile & vulnerable state than right now. So, I say to you…Find Your Tribe! Stay in contact with others who resonate with your interests, your hobbies, your passions, your values, and most of all your truths. Human connection is crucial for all of us, allow yourself to have as much contact and freedom as possible. Avoid isolation, we ALL need connection with others in order to thrive and shine.

Movement & Fitness

2022 will be the year of making whatever it is YOU choose to do this year a success! Whether it’s making an overhaul change for health in general or taking educational courses. Maybe try meditation, yoga, learn a new language, study art, history, play an instrument you always wanted to play, or some kick-ass self-defense. Avoid standing still, avoid wasting precious time. This year belongs to YOU! So, get to it:)
